Job Description : As part of the international Havana Club marketing team (Pernod Ricard), and under the responsibility of the Senior Brand Manager Digital, you will strengthen your skills in the digital marketing environment. We will give you responsibilities to deliver our social media & influencers management, from content ideas to production and community management. Being a small structure within the group, joining Havana Club’s global design team will allow you to grow in a fast-paced and creative environment.
Role & Responsibilities
Mission 1: Social Media & Influence Management (70%)
Management of our International Social Media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Youtube) in relation with our social media agencies: creation of our editorial calendars, challenging contents & formats for both consumer pages and professional pages
Support on the production of our influence projects (seeding, events, special campaigns)
Coordinate with markets teams, content teams, brand ambassadors and partners (artists, brands…) to get all necessary contents and create new ones
Create & share the quarterly content packs with all necessary people
Community Management (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Youtube) : post, animate and monitor on our different social media accounts (commenting, liking, managing the IMs, following back accounts…)
Building of a genuine and solid international network with all existing friends & family of the brand (DJs, rappers, fashion designers, bartenders) and new ones
And above all, be the creative mind of the team, imagine and put in place original ideas for our followers to always be excited by what the brand does & publishes
Report monthly on results
Monthly benchmarks on competition and best performing brands on social media
Mission 2: Digital Ecosystem (30%)
Support the Brand Manager – Digital Ecosystem in the maintenance of our digital platforms (website, landing pages) & managing our data (segmentation, CRM…)
Participate in our E-Commerce initiatives: creative ideas, assets developments and coordination with markets to put them live in the way we desire
Required skills
What you know:
Knowledge of social media channels & interest in their management
Interest for the digital marketing area of expertise (website management, CRM…)
Good project management skills & autonomy
Fluent English (written & oral), Spanish & French are a plus
Who you are:
Energetic, curious and team-oriented, willing to participate in a small-sized team
You like to build relationships and are happy to be regularly in touch with lots of various people
Interested in international rap & trap scenes, as well as streetwear environment
You are a creative mind and don’t fear to share your ideas
You are super familiar with social networks and curious on how to use all formats the best way
Your Main interlocutors: Marketing Team (Brand Managers, Senior Brand Manager, Marketing Manager), Agencies (digital & social media), artists and managers
