About You

As the Marketing Brand Activator within "Go to Market" team, Consumer, you will provide support for the development and deployment/activation of the strategy for our Huggies® brand and Kleenex Bath tissue brand locally, in collaboration with Western Europe Marketing teams.

You will report to the Go To Market Leader France (Category) and will be an individual contributor (no direct reports).

Location we offer a hybrid model (on remote / Nanterre Office) for candidates already based in Ile de France.

YOUR KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Working closely with Western Europe Brand Managers to define France strategy through annual brand plans and strategies business plans for the coming years
  • Guaranteeing the consistency of the brand: range, segmentation, packaging, communication
  • Responsibility for any changes concerning product specificities (translation, roll over, project management...)
  • Implementing the brand strategy with customers and stores through inspiring and synthetic "trade stories" and trade rationales
  • Responsibility for the DPSM implementation, for innovation summit and customer marketing plans and for activation plans (media, stores and drive, press relations)
  • Responsibility for all POP support in-store and on shelves (displays, shelf-trays…) and for promotional strategies, pricing and budget management
  • Developing and implementing E-Commerce content
  • Conducting in-depth analyses (Nielsen data, A3 Distrib), and sets up competitive intelligence
  • Working on the new development opportunities identified

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

  • Degree in Marketing or similar
  • Previous experience in marketing / category management in multinational Companies, ideally in FMCG
  • Business and consumer sensitivity, together with rigor, creativity and curiosity
  • Analytical skills
  • Good communication skills and collaborative work
  • Fluent English and French
